Fuel Road Tanker Semi-Trailers

Firoz Faizi Industrial Company designs and manufactures fuel road tanker semi-trailers based on engineering calculations and in accordance with relevant international standards for the road transport of petroleum products (such as ADR, EN 13094 and applicable national safety regulations). Our goal is to provide tanks that combine capacity, safety, durability, and ease of operation for fleet owners and transport companies.

Capacity and Construction

  • Capacities from 5,000 L up to 50,000 L according to customer requirements
  • Shell and heads fabricated from ST37 carbon-steel plates, with thickness calculated for static and dynamic loads
  • Internal baffles (anti-wave plates) to reduce liquid surge and improve vehicle stability during transport

Safety System and Fittings

  • Equipped with safety / emergency valve manhole covers (pressure-vacuum relief and emergency venting)
  • Manholes and inspection hatches for internal access, cleaning and maintenance
  • Bottom discharge valves with the option of bottom loading systems upon request
  • Access ladder, top walkway with anti-slip surface, and safety handrails for operator protection
  • Hydrostatic pressure test and leak test of each tank before delivery

Surface Protection and Marking

  • Full surface preparation by blasting and multi-layer industrial coating system (primer plus UV-resistant topcoat) for long-term corrosion protection
  • Application of safety markings, hazard signs, and reflective tapes in accordance with regulations for flammable liquids

These tankers are suitable for the transport of diesel, gasoline, kerosene and other petroleum derivatives on long-distance routes and are an excellent choice for transport fleets, oil companies and fuel distribution centers.
