LPG Road Tanker Semi-Trailers

Firoz Faizi Industrial Company designs and manufactures LPG road tanker semi-trailers in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div.1 for pressure vessels and relevant road-transport standards such as EN 12493 / ADR. These tankers are engineered for the safe transport of propane, butane and LPG mixtures between terminals, filling stations and distribution centers.

Capacity & Configuration

  • Typical net capacities from 45 m³ to 70 m³, customized to client requirements
  • Two- or three-axle chassis layouts designed to meet axle-load limits and national traffic regulations
  • Tank geometry and equipment layout optimized for dynamic stability, low centre of gravity and good manoeuvrability

Shell Construction & Materials

  • Shell and dished heads fabricated from pressure-grade carbon steel A516 Gr.70 / P355GH with full MTC documentation
  • Wall thickness and allowable stresses calculated using recognized pressure-vessel formulas and safety factors
  • Formed dished heads providing uniform stress distribution and improved fatigue life

Safety, Piping & Quality Control

  • Equipped with safety relief valves, emergency shut-off valves, liquid and vapour lines, level and pressure gauges
  • Options for bottom loading/unloading systems, transfer pumps or compressors, and metering skids according to project needs
  • Welding performed to qualified WPS/PQR procedures, with NDT on critical welds and full hydrostatic and leak testing of each tank
  • Complete surface preparation by blasting, followed by a multi-layer industrial coating system, UV- and corrosion-resistant, plus full hazardous-goods markings and reflectors
