LPG Storage Tanks
Firoz Faizi Industrial Company designs and manufactures horizontal LPG storage tanks in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div.1 for pressure vessels and relevant European LPG standards such as EN 13445 / EN 12542. These tanks are used for the storage of propane, butane and LPG mixtures in terminals, distribution centers, filling stations and industrial facilities.
Capacity & Materials
- Typical capacities from 5 m³ up to 200 m³, tailored to project requirements
- Cylindrical shell and dished heads fabricated from pressure-grade carbon steel A516 Gr.70 / P355GH with full MTCs
- Design pressure, wall thickness and safety factors calculated for LPG service in accordance with applicable codes
Equipment, Safety & Installation
- Fitted with safety relief valves, isolation valves, liquid and vapour nozzles, level and pressure gauges
- Additional nozzles can be provided for connections to vaporizers, regulators and internal LPG distribution systems
- Installed on engineered saddle supports designed for full and empty load, suitable for reinforced concrete foundations or steel skids
- Welding to qualified WPS/PQR procedures, with hydrostatic pressure test and leak test on every tank
Coating & Durability
- Complete surface blasting and application of a multi-layer industrial coating system, resistant to UV and atmospheric corrosion
- Safety markings, “LPG / Flammable” warnings and reflective tapes applied in line with local regulations
